The program calls for 19 minutes worth of tempo tonight, just enough time to gulp up some dense winter air without completely crystallizing your alveoli (hopefully).
As far as the run goes, it's the standard fare. Start from Iwo Jima at 6:30, warm up by running down to the Jefferson Memorial along the Mt Vernon trail, start the tempo session at 6:55 running around the buckeye cutoff of Hains Point all the way back up to Gtwon, then cooldown from Gtown to Rosslyn.
