Happy tempo Monday everyone

First off lets start with some race results:

Congrats to Dylan for his 2:58 at Chicago

In local racing news aka Army Ten Miler:
El Presidente Mendelowitz was successfully able to defeat all the other defense contractors at the Army Ten Miler by stacking the GD team with more fast runners than the Oregon distance project.

Rochelle (as a tempo run during a long run) 1:03:34
