2011 Cross Country 3 Miler, Kids' Race and Picnic

3+ miles on the grounds of Landon School in Bethesda, Maryland -- grass and trails.

Join the club for this great family event.  In addition the the traditional 3 mile Cross Country race around the Landon School, we will be featuring a full catered BBQ, refreshments, and open pool for all club members, family members, and race participants.

NEW THIS YEAR:

OPEN POOL: The Landon School pool will be open starting at 3:00 p.m. for club members coming to the picnic and race.

Volunteer Recognition: The club will be recognizing all volunteers from the 2009 - 2010 race season.  When registering, please specify if you volunteered and what size T-shirt you usually wear.

Course: Multiple loop course around the perimeter of the Landon School, a little over 3 miles. Map HERE.

Time: Kids' race starts at 5:30 p.m.  Adults' race starts at 5:40.  Catered picnic begins at 6:15 p.m.

Fees: Free for club members, $5 for non-members.

Registration: Online and on-site.  Please register online so we can better plan the picnic.

Refund policy: No refunds.

Volunteers: Yes, please volunteer if you're not running.  Contact Rob Wolfe, the race director.
