SLR Nov 20 - Marymount

Hello Saturday Runners!

This week's route will be the Marymount Chain Bridge route.  As written, it's around 14 miles.  But it's easily cut to 10 or 12, and you can also easily add a couple more-- make sure whoever you start running with has the same plan as you do, if you're counting on finishing up the run with them!

Thank you to Kimberley for providing our post-run beverages for November-- thank her for doing this, and congratulate her for her BQ in Richmond last weekend!  Congrats to all the great results in Richmond and to all who raced last weekend.  Best of luck to our Philly folks and others racing this weekend.

Remember to check the website for volunteer opportunities as we'll need volunteers for our big Turkey Trot in Del Ray (Alexandria) and the Snowball Series races coming up.  And thank you Carl Ford for leading SLR on December 25.

Hope to see you all on Saturday!

Kristin
