SLR March 26 - Big Loop

Hello Saturday Runners!

Our route on Saturday, March 26, will be Big Loop (additional map here) for 23 miles. For a shorter run, the easiest modification is to turn the route into an out & back along the Capital Crescent Trail. Alternately, for a loop that's about 20-21 miles, you could start and finish your run at the Key Bridge in Georgetown, meeting up with the rest of the SLR group a few minutes after 8:00, after they've already started. If you're running Boston in 3 weeks, enjoy this last long run!

I'll be out of town again this weekend, but Brian Danza will kick off the run tomorrow morning.

Thank you Angela Katson for post-run beverages! Volunteers are needed starting next week, so please let me know when you're available to help. Up-to-date future volunteer needs as well as a route schedule are always available on our web page, and you can email me to schedule your slot. Any time you can volunteer for at least 2 consecutive weeks is helpful, and if you can do 4 weeks (or more!) that's ideal. Volunteering is easy, and all of your expenses for supplies will be reimbursed by the club.

Happy running!

Mike
