Hello Saturday Runners!
This week's route will be the Arlington Triangle route. This is the one where we start off toward the airport on the Mt. Vernon Trail, follow 4 Mile Run and W&OD trails through Shirlington and then come back via Custis.
It's about 16 miles, but for the many of you who need 18, just keep running from Custis onto Mt. Vernon again and come back to Iwo Jima via Memorial Bridge.
