Hey everyone,
Krisitn will be out of town this weekend; you are consequently stuck with me as your SLR leader.
Thankfully though, she didn't leave route picking duties up to me, or you would be stuck with either something incredibly boring, excessively short, or both.
That said, the planned route for this weekend is the Pentagon Army Navy route. At 12 miles it's a reasonable length, it has one good hill three miles into the run, and some great scenery.
Some of the attractions you should look out for during the run include: The pentagon, the intersection of Glebe and Glebe (the nexus of the universe), 4 mile run, a guided tour of the Arlington Sewer Plant, National Airport, and the newly renovated Humpaback Bridge.

See you in the morning.
