May 1 SLR

Happy May Day!

This week's route was going to be Iron Triangle, but our bailout, flat, hill-free return option for that route is closed, so if you're planning on running anything that crosses the Chain Bridge this weekend, take note-- even bikes and pedestrians will not be allowed there this weekend because of rescheduled construction.

Instead, we'll return to our beloved Loops of Battery Kemble.  You can choose from many distance options by modifying the number of loops you complete, or by just skipping everything except the Capital Crescent portion.

Carl Ford will be leading because I may be absent, and Rick DeSaussure is taking over post-run beverage duty from Nikki Elston after this week.  Thank all of the people who help to make SLR run smoothly, and I look forward to seeing you all soon!  Have a great run!
