SLR Sept 3 - C&O Canal

Hello Saturday Runners!

This week, the marathon training program trainees are running their first 20 miler!!

That means we're all on the C&O Canal, but we can each run however far we want.  Thank Miguel Cuya for the beverages near Lock 7 (around mile 7, and mile 14 on the way back), and Rich Mendelowitz for the post run beverages.

Many thanks again, to the many great beverage volunteers this training season!  There are still just a few more beverage volunteer opportunities this summer/fall season, for instance midway for the Rock Creek Out/Back on 9/17, and Southeast on 10/1, and post run beverages for October.  Please let me know if you are ready to take your turn to help out!

See you tomorrow!

Kristin
