Hello Saturday Runners!
This week's route is the Chain Bridge Route. While I will be bringing cue sheets for the 10 Mile version, as always, feel free to adjust the mileage to suit your individual needs. See all the "Chain Bridge" variations on the "SLR Routes" link at the very bottom left of the SLR page for popular options.
We are still looking for beverage volunteers for June. The Fall Marathon Training Program will be starting up then and we will again offer a mid-route beverage stop on all of our Saturday routes throughout the summer-- but only if everyone helps out, to ensure we are covered every week!!
If you can volunteer by week, please let me know what week you'd like to help. If you volunteer by route AND week, I'm sure I will have the route list from the program organizers soon!
