Hey everyone, I am sorry for the late email today. I had breakfast meetings and forgot that I needed to send this out.
Get ready, today's tempo run is the longest of the season. We (and by we I mean you, because I am not in DC) are going to run 45 minutes worth of tempo tonight. The upside is that much of it will be in daylight, which is definitely an uplifting experience after dark winter running.
