Hey everyone, since the dopes at NBC have once again decided that prime time Olympic coverage should include include an infinite number human interest stories about figure skaters, accented by a few minutes of popular sports at random unannounced times (as to ensure you will miss what you actually want to watch), you should't be sad about skipping the Olympics to go have a good workout.
FYI the only real sport in the Winter Olympics is Biathlon.
Cardio fitness + marksmanship = perfection.
I also like downhill skiing, but that's only because it's the only thing I have ever been good at.
Rant over, now to the actual program for this evening. We are up to 33 minutes worth of tempo tonight, which means we get to go all the way around Hains Point clockwise. We'll start from the Jefferson Memorial water fountain, run around the point and back up to Georgetown.
Looks like it will actually be a pretty decent night for it, so get excited.
