SLR - July 2 - 12 mi - Pentagon - Army Navy Route

Hi Runners,

I will be out of town this week, but Nate will be there to kick you off at 7 AM. The run this week is the 12 mile Pentagon Army Navy route! The GPS and cue sheet are here. Thanks to Kate S for the post run drinks AND maps! This Saturday will be hot, so please hydrate properly and bring water on your run. 

Half marathon/10 mile and marathon training programs are on the website and start next week!! Please sign up to run or coach if interested. The routes through October are also on the website so you can compare and plan for your fall training season!

The next race in the Bunion Derby series is the DCRRC Age Handicapped 4-Miler on July 4th! Please run or volunteer for this fun race if you are in town!
