Valentine's 5K Cancelled
The Valentine's 5K race at Rock Creek Park, scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 14, is cancelled due to snow on the course. We heard the bad news from the Park Service on Friday afternoon. The news made Friday the 13th live up to its reputation.
Annual Banquet on March 1, 2026
The club's annual banquet is on March 1, 2026, at Ambar, in the Clarendon section of Arlington, Va.
Where: Ambar, 2901 Wilson Blvd, Arlington, VA US 22201
When:Â 5:00 p.m. through 8:00 p.m.
The club is collecting shirts, socks, and shoes. Last year we collected several bags of old shirts and socks, and this year we are adding shoes. All go to recycling.
