Hi Everyone,
Just a note to say that we have changed the route for this coming Saturday, Oct 21, to be out-and-back on the Capital Crescent Trail:

The change is being made b/c we are concerned that the footing on Potomac Heritage might be a little rough and we don't want any injuries so close to MCM!!
Also, please note that there will NOT be a mid-point water stop this week....but there are two water fountains on the Capital Crescent Trail.
