Hey everyone,
It's Monday, it's May, and it's hot so we might as well run a tempo run.
We are still doing the nice short little tempos right now, and won't begin ramping it up to longer runs until mid-June, so enjoy it while you can.
Tonight we will once again do the short clip from Iwo --> Jefferson warmup, Jefferson --> Georgetown tempo, Georgetown --> Iwo cooldown.
I am also open to doing tacos if people are up for it (Anna, Cole?).
