May 21 HPT tempo run

Enjoy it while you can, because we only have two more weeks of the short tempo runs. 
 
So, once again, tonight we do the short tempo loop, Iwo -> Jefferson -> Georgetown -> Iwo. 
 
With 2 miles of tempo between Jefferson and Georgetown. 
 
I will not be there this evening, but I believe Dylan will (I think and hope).
