Happy tempo Monday everyone, 
 
you all ready for the last of the short tempo routes? We are supposed to do 27 minutes of tempo tonight, which brings us around the Ohio drive cutoff counter clockwise. 
 
Below are all the upcoming races. Make sure you register for the club challenge 10 miler, and for the bus up to Howard County, it's usually a fun day and race.

Bunion Derby 
  1. Langley 8K, February 10
  2. Club Challenge 10 Miler, February 25 (Club Challenge bus registration is now available. Register early - it will fill up. As in years past, there are two pickups: Courthouse (Arlington) at 6:00am and Dupont Circle at 6:15am.)
  3. Burke Lake 12K, March 4
  4. Fort Hunt 10K, March 11
