  • I will begin planning for Larry Noel 15K and 3K.  Eduardo Aramayo at Georgetown Running Company said he will (again!) provide gift certificates for key finishers.

  1. o Van:
  • Current loadout is lots of water (leftover from Al Lewis 10-Miler), no food.  Four (±) $5 gift cards from Starbucks … I will obtain more. Filled gas tank and put air in all tires after the P&R5K on January 1st.
  • Van loadout: Different equipment is needed to support club races vs. contract races.  Brian agreed and said he would look at a way to quickly change the loadout

Merchandise

-Inventory is being completed and it will all be online shortly.

Volunteers

-If race directors need volunteers, please let Audry know by the 11th of the month so that she can add this to the monthly newsletter that goes out on the 15th.

New Business/Additional Comments

The board discussed moving to approve that the bylaws are changed no longer requiring state representatives. The thought is that having At-Large directors could work well.

The meeting was adjourned at 8:30pm.
