Next Race: Age Handicapped 4-Miler

07-02-15-portada-happy-4th-of-july4th21The third of eight 2017 Bunion Derby races is the ever fun Age Handicapped 4-Miler to be held on July 4th.  In this race runners start the race based on times for their age groups.  So the fastest age groups based on historical times in the distance (Males 25 to 29) will go off last and have to chase down everyone ahead.  So if you are older, female or even much younger you will get a head start based on a set of tables that represent historical times at your age and gender.  This in theory evens out the playing field and gives everyone a chance to cross the line in first.  Men and Women from many different age groups have won this race in the past.  Come out and celebrate Independence Day and run a very fun family event.

We need many volunteers to help coordinate the race events.  If you would like to volunteer, please sign-up here or email Dylan Barlett for more information.
