September 4 HPT Hill Workout

Yep, you read the subject line correctly, today is hill day! 
 
Since it's September, and we are getting close to our fall races, we should probably start doing a little more volume. That means a total of 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8 hill repeats! This is a pretty long workout, which means that bringing a water bottle to the hill portion would not be a bad idea.
