Hello Saturday Runners!
I had a few requests for routes that are flatter, longer, and specifically for Arlington Triangle, so that's what's up for this Saturday. Feel free to cut by making it an out-back or by taking a neighborhood street back to Iwo Jima, or extend by running many loops around Arlington (or for smaller loops, just go to Memorial Bridge before returning, for example).

Congrats to everyone who ran the GW Parkway Classic last weekend, and to everyone who ran one of our many SLR Routes last Saturday, too!
