VOLUNTEER - 2019 One Mile and 3K Track ChampionshipsThank you for your interest in volunteering for this race! The One Mile and 3K Track Championships are not possible without the help of volunteers – your time and energy are greatly appreciated, and we need lots of volunteers for this race. Note: this is an exception to the DC Road Runners "volunteer credit while racing" ban, however in order to receive credit you must show up at the beginning of the event and remain at the track until after cleanup is finished.
