3. Wednesday Night Workout April 25: We are scheduled to be back on the track Wednesday April 25th. The workout will again be intervals for time: 4 repeats of 5 minutes each, run at 5K pace, with a 5-minute rest interval. This is a key workout to test your fitness and gauge how fast you should be running your upcoming workouts in May and June. Those recovering from Boston should consider postponing this workout for another week, but that's up to how you feel.
