Next Race: Bluemont 5K
Our next race is the Bluemont 5K on Wednesday evening, July 18, 7 p.m. at Bluemont Park South Pavilion in Arlington. It covers a fast, out-and-back course on the Four Mile Run Trail and the W&OD Trail. Come run with us! Click here for complete information and online registration. Or click here to volunteer and help our race directors, Anna Suhring and Miguel Cuya, with course setup and teardown, course marshaling, the water stop, etc. ... you know, the important work our volunteers do so the rest of us can race! (There'll be no organized Wednesday evening track workout that night.)
