The Annual Club Membership Meeting will be held virtually this year. We'll be electing the 2021-2022 Board of Directors, awards for Pandemic Runners of the Year will be announced, and we will have an interesting guest speaker.
Our guest speaker will be Daniel Lieberman, author of “Exercised: Why Something We Evolved to Do is Healthy and Rewarding”. He'll be discussing how and why humans evolved to run long distances, but also how and why --like most kinds of exercise-- the ways in which most of us run today is weird from an evolutionary perspective.
