Hello Saturday Runners!

 

This week's route is the Piney Branch Route.  Carl Ford will be providing the midroute beverages and will be there for the regular-time starters, so give him a big thank you.

 

While the main start time will remain the same (7am), Alex Barrage will also lead a group at 6:30 for anyone who wants to get a jump on the sun or the day in general.

 

Also, please thank Lindsey Paola and Colleen Marzec for providing our post-run beverages in July.
