December 12 SLR

Hello Saturday Runners!

This week, by special request, we are running the Southeast route.  Hopefully the wind will die down over the end of the week so as not to knock us all off the bridges, but this route does have the benefit of being very easy to tack onto if you want a few extra miles, and has enough varied scenery and sections to make it an un-boring out-and-back if you need to cut it short in case, say, you're running a 10K on Sunday that has a big uphill at the end.  Also by request, the cue sheet:

Please thank our ever-so-reliable beverage volunteers Eleanor Evans and Colleen Marzec, and please let me know if you can cover any or all of our Saturdays in January.  Thanks for keeping SLR running smoothly and I'll see you on Saturday!
