Hello Saturday Long Runners!
We're in for another hot one this weekend and as such SLR will be starting at 6 AM on 8/3. We will also be doing an out and back on the Capital Crescent Trail for a little more shade and water opportunities (and let's be honest, at least half the crew was planning to do that run this weekend anyway)! Set those alarms early, watch some women's 800 heats as you get dressed, and I'll see everyone bright and early on Saturday!
