Hi Runners,

Happy Friday! I am racing Cherry Blossom 10 Miler Sunday, so I will not be at SLR, but Nate has graciously volunteered to kick you off! The route this week is the Cathedral Clintons with a slight twist to simplify it. Nate created this new cue sheet and will bring copies to the run (thank you Nate)! The GPS file is also here/available from Strava.

Now is a good time to start reading the next book club book for June 25th. The book is "For the Glory" by Duncan Hamilton - The Untold and Inspiring Story of Eric Liddell, Hero of Chariots of Fire.
