Happy St. Patrick's Day!! If you checked this route earlier in the year please note it has changed as the the DC Rock and Roll Half will block off many streets in DC. If driving to SLR from DC or MD, please note the closed roads here.
The route this week is up to 20 miles on the C&O canal towpath. The cue sheet and gps files are here.
