Hi Runners!

Good luck to those of you running in Richmond this weekend! The run this weekend is the Water Route. The cue sheet and gps files are here. See you at 8 AM.

I am out of town this weekend, so Eunja will be there to kick you off! Thanks to John S for the post run drinks!

Upcoming volunteer opportunities include Alexandria Turkey Trot (you can do registration AND race) and SLR!

There is a club happy hour on 11/17 at First Down Sports Bar at 6 PM in Arlington, VA – Bunion Derby Awards will be presented!
