Hi Runners!

Good luck to those of you running MCM! I can’t wait to cheer you on. The run this weekend is Bluemont L Loop. The cue sheet and gps files are here. See you at 8 AM!

There were no post run drink volunteers, so there won’t be post run drinks this week!
