Hi Runners,
The run this week is the 13 mile Cathedral Clintons loop! The GPS and cue sheet are here. Thank you to Peter for post run drinks! I am out of town but Nate will be there to kick you off!
Registration is now open for the National Capital 20 miler, 5 miler and Doggy 1 mile Dash! The race takes place Sep 25th.
The next book for book club is "Can't Hurt Me" by David Goggins! The book club meets on Sep 18th!
