SLR - September 3 - Long Bridge Park

Hi Runners,

The run this week is Long Bridge Park!  The GPS and cue sheet are here. Thank you to Sean for post run drinks again! I am out of town but Coach Big Guy and Jill will be there to kick you off!

Are you here Labor Day Weekend? If so, join us for the Larry Noel 15K Race and 3K Fun Run on Sunday Sep 4th! This is also a great volunteer opportunity!

Registration is now open for the National Capital 20 miler, 5 miler and Doggy 1 mile Dash! The race takes place Sep 25th.

The next book for book club is "Can't Hurt Me" by David Goggins! The book club meets on Sep 18th!
