Hi Runners,
The run this week is Long Bridge Park! It is a 15 mile route, the GPS and cue sheet are here.
We are looking for post run drink volunteers, so please consider emailing me to sign up!
The bunion derby kicks off June 5th with DCRRC Women's Distance Festival 5K and Run After the Women 5K! Registration is open here and we are always looking for volunteers!
