SLR - February 19 - 18 Miles

Hi All,

This week is the Anacostia Riverwalk route! The cue sheets and gps files are here. If you'd like to run less than 18 miles, you can cut about 0.75 mile by skipping the loop of Heritage Island. You cut more mileage by crossing the river earlier at E Capitol St. Crossing (for about 16.5 total) or cut even earlier at Pennsylvania Ave (for about 13.5 total).

Thank you to Ryan for bringing post run drinks again this week!! Please consider volunteering for Post Run drinks and if you have any questions let me know! The drinks are reimbursed by the club through this link. Doing two weeks counts for Snowball Series volunteer credit.

Snowball Series race #7 is the Burke Lake 12K on March 6th! Please consider racing or volunteering. Gary is the race director so please help him make it a good one! The next race is the Fort Hunt 10K on March 13th.

Lastly, I am going to schedule out more runs over the next week or so, so if you have suggestions or requests for particular routes please feel free to email me!

Happy running!

Megan
