SLR - February 5 - 20 miles

Hi All,

Happy February! This week is the C&O canal route! The cue sheets and gps files are here. This route is a good one for longer runs because it is an out and back. If you are training for a race later in the spring and don't need to hit 20 yet or are not training for a marathon, you can turn back whenever works for you!

Thank you to Ted for bringing post run drinks this week!!

Please consider volunteering for Post Run drinks and if you have any questions let me know! The drinks are reimbursed by the club through this link. Doing two weeks counts for Snowball Series volunteer credit.

Best of luck to those of you racing the DCRRC Langley 8K tomorrow!

The George Washington's Birthday Marathon and Relay is on Feb 20th – this is a big race for the club so if you aren’t racing please consider volunteering with me! The Club Challenge 10 Miler is on Feb 27th and the van sign up is live as well.

Happy running!

Megan
