SLR March 16 - Mt Vernon - Hains Point T

Hello Saturday Runners!

This week's route on Saturday, March 16 will be the Mt Vernon - Hains Point T (downloads: cue sheet and GPS), for 15 miles. If you'd like to add any distance to the mapped route, you can continue a little further down the Mt Vernon Trail before turning around to end that leg of the T. For a shorter run, you can turn around earlier on the Mt Vernon leg, or if you entirely skip either the Mt Vernon leg or Hains Point leg it will be about 10 miles. We have a great morning to run coming up this Saturday, with partly cloudy skies and temperatures in the mid-40s, so I hope to see you all out there!

Thank you Aziz Abdullahi for post-run drinks over the last two weeks! We will need more volunteers in April and beyond, so please let me know when you can help out. The weekly schedule of volunteers, routes, and distances is always kept up-to-date on the SLR web page, and you can email me any time to book your slot. For general info on how volunteering works see the SLR FAQ or send me an email if you have any other specific questions.

Happy running,

Mike
