Hi Everyone,
Just a quick note to say that tomorrow's SLR route is the 22 mile Capital Crescent/Rock Creek Loop....here is a link to the cue sheet:

Aaron Cheskis will be covering our midpoint water stop and will be setting up at the Capital Crescent Trail just short of the Jones Bridge Road.
Please be sure to congratulate this new father and you may even get to meet little Noah (who was born on 8/28!).
Nikki Elston has been covering our September post-run beverages so be sure to thank her for keeping us all hydrated!
