Many thanks to Kristin Dahling for sub-leading SLR on July 15 and providing the post-run beverages. She reported that it was muggy and a lot of people felt as if they were slogging through the mugginess. Thankfully, the sun stayed out of our way so we didn't have that extra warmth to deal with.

This week's route is the 16 mile Loops of Battery Kemble. Toni Diegoli will be sub-leading in my absence. Judy and Rob Wolfe will be providing the mid-point beverages and Kristin Dahling the post-run beverages. Have fun and stay cool and hydrated :)
