I hope you are all doing well :) Just a quick reminder that this weekend's route is the 17 mile Arlington Triangle loop:

I will be down in NC for a 1/2 ironman but Toni will be filling in for me to lead SLR. Many thanks to her for doing that :)
And be sure to thank Will Ellison who will be working the midpoint water stop (it should be at about mile 7 of the route near the pedestrian bridge over 395).....and Ashley and Aaron for providing the post-run beverages!
