Happy Friday!
Tomorrow is August already! And we'll be running the Marymount Chain Bridge loop. There are long uphills in the first part of the run, but great scenery and you finish on the familiar and relatively easy C&O. Midpoint beverages will be provided by Howell Posner and post-run beverages by Dick Conway. Please thank our friendly neighborhood volunteers, and see you all tomorrow!
