Hello Saturday Runners!
By request, this week's route is the Water Route. Hopefully it will not be the UNDERwater Route. It is about as flat as we can get in the DC area, so if you happen to have raced your legs off last weekend, please consider showing up for a nice easy run to make amends with those quads and to let us all congratulate you!!
