Hi Everyone,
Just a reminder that tomorrow's route is the 22-mile Capitol Crescent/Rock Creek Loop:

I suggest that anyone looking to run a shorter distance just turn the run into and out-and-back on the Capitol Crescent Trail (that's what I am doing!)...
We will have a midpoint water stop as usual (hosted by Estelle Carpentier) and post-run beverages provided by Ashley and Aaron....
