Good Monday morning everyone, I hope you all had a great weekend. 
 
Looks like Cole ended the shutdown for us, and we are going to have one day of decent weather before DC again becomes a frozen tundra for multiple days, we should probably take advantage of these things. 
 
The plan for tonight is 30 minute of tempo, yes we are already there. Which means that we are going all the way around Hains Point.
 
Next week is the first Monday of the month which of course means that we get to do hills.
