Join the club for this great family event.  In addition the the traditional 3+ mile Cross Country race around the Landon School, we will be featuring a full catered Mexican fiesta and refreshments for all Club members, family members, and race participants.  It is also the 7th race of the 2017 Bunion Derby Series.

Running the race and Eat or just come and Eat!  Food once again provided by Guapos and of course the ever popular ice cream truck.  The pool will not be available this year so sorry about that.

Registration and Fees:

If you would like to attend the picnic but not run the race you are welcome to but please click "Register Now" and select "Coming to the picnic but not running" so we can have an accurate head count.

Online advance registration through 6 PM the day before the race:

$0 for club members

$10 for non-members.

On-site, day-of-race registration:

$5 for club members

$15 for non-members, check (payable to DC Road Runners) or exact change appreciated.

Who is registered?  check this list.  You should receive a confirmation email but sometimes they end up in a spam folder.  This list will serve as the alternative confirmation of your registration.

Refund Policy:  We have a strict no refund, no transfer and no deferral policy on all of our low key races.  However, in the event we are forced to cancel this race due to weather or other unforeseen events we will make every attempt to reschedule this race on another date.  In this event, your registration would automatically carry over to the new date.  If you are unable to run this new date or we are unable to find a new date for the race we will grant you free entry into another of our low key races in which room is available.

Race-day Information: Kids' race starts at 5:30 p.m.  Adults' race starts at 5:40.  Catered picnic fiesta begins at 6:15 p.m.  Ole!  For directions to the Landon School click here!

Timing:  This race is timed using the Chronotrack timing system.

Stroller and Dog Policy:  Dogs are welcome but strollers will not be able to negotiate this course.

Headphone Policy:  The use of headphones is strongly discouraged at all DCRR Club races.
