Distance and course: 5K. The USATF-certified course (VA08016RT) is entirely on a paved 12'-foot-wide multiple use trail with no road crossings. There will also be a 1K Fun Run for kids under 12.

Packet Pickup: 8AM on race day.
Race-day Information: Raceday registration will start at 8AM. Parking is available both at the north and south ends of the field. When using transit, enter 325 N Manchester St as your destination.
Timing and Awards: This race is timed using the Chronotrack timing system, please familiarize yourself with how the timing tags work by visiting the Chronotrack website. Though this race is chip timed, scores will be determined by gun time for all award winners.
