 but you will open up a spot for a fellow runner.

 d Policy: We have a strict no refund\, no transfer
  and no deferral policy on all of our low key race
 s. However\, in the event we are forced to cancel 
 this race due to weather or other unforeseen event
 s we will make every attempt to reschedule this ra
 ce on another date. In this event\, your registrat
 ion would automatically carry over to the new date
 . If you are unable to run this new date or we are
  unable to find a new date for the race we will gr
 ant you free entry into another of our low key rac
 es in which room is available.

 formation: The Bluemont 5K starts at 7:00 pm. The 
 start/finish line is near the South Pavilion of Bl
 uemont Park in Arlington. Plenty of free parking!

 ing the Chronotrack timing system.

\n 	Post Ra
 ce Celebration: After the race stick around and ce
 lebrate a great run with your fellow runners\, wat
 ch the awards announcements and partake in refresh
 ments.

\n 	Stroller and Dog Policy: This race 
 is held on a fairly narrow public trail. In additi
 on to the many race participants\, this trail also
  remains open to the public for use by walkers\, r
 unners and cyclists. We discourage racing with a s
 troller or a dog (or both!) in this setting\; if y
 ou insist\, please start at the back of the pack\,
  maintain a short leash\, and yield at all times t
 o others on the course.

\n 	Headphone Policy: 
 The use of headphones is strongly discouraged at a
 ll DCRRC races.
