It is also the fifth race of the 2023 Bunion D erby Series. \n \n Race Director: Anna Suhring \ n \n Distance and course: Out and back on the Wa shington and Old Dominion Trail\, starting at Powe r Pole 266-249 and heading southeast. Turn around just before crossing Columbia Pike. There will be a water stop at the 2KM/3KM point. Course map here . \n \n Registration and Fees: \n \n Online ad vance registration through 4 PM race day: \n \n \n $0 for club members \n \n $10 for non-me mbers. \n \n \n Who is registered? Check this l ist. You should receive a confirmation email but s ometimes they end up in a spam folder. This list w ill serve as the alternative confirmation of your registration. \n \n If you signed up for the rac e and can no longer run please email races@dcroadr unners.org to inform us of your cancellation. If you are un able to run this new date or we are unable to find a new date for the race we will grant you free en try into another of our low key races in which roo m is available. \n \n Race-day Information: The Bluemont 5K starts at 7:00 pm. The start/finish li ne is near the South Pavilion of Bluemont Park in Arlington. Plenty of free parking! \n \n \n D riving directions \n \n Transit options \n \n \n Timing: This race is timed using the Chronot rack timing system. \n \n Post Race Celebration: After the race stick around and celebrate a great run with your fellow runners\, watch the awards a nnouncements and partake in refreshments. \n \n Stroller and Dog Policy: This race is held on a fa irly narrow public trail. In addition to the many race participants\, this trail also remains open t o the public for use by walkers\, runners and cycl ists. We discourage racing with a stroller or a do g (or both!) in this setting\; if you insist\, ple ase start at the back of the pack\, maintain a sho rt leash\, and yield at all times to others on the course. \n \n Headphone Policy: The use of head phones is strongly discouraged at all DCRRC races.
